Eyes Strategic Investor BSE – Listed firm Rodium Realty has said it is looking at roping in a strategic investor to fund its over Rs. 200 Cr Projects now under progress and could dilute 5 – 7 per cent equity. “we are looking at roping in strategic investor and are preliminary negotiations with couple of HN1s and industrial groups. We could dilute up to 7 per cent depending upon what investor brings to table” said chairman of Rodium Deepak Chheda.
